What charging cable length should I choose?
CBTEK® offers 4-foot, 6-foot, and 10-foot cable options. A 4-foot cable is great for desks and cars, 6-foot works well for everyday charging, and 10-foot is helpful when your outlet is farther away.
Rapid Action Energize contains a proprietary energy blend of B12, Magnesium, and Zinc. How do I know whether I need Lightning, Type-C, or USB-A?
- Lightning: used by many Apple iPhone accessories.

When will I receive order confirmation and tracking?

Individual states can charge sales tax for online orders initiating from other states.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Do you offer expedited delivery?
Yes, we offer UPS expedited shipping including Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day delivery options. Fees do apply (see Shipping Policy). Orders over $60 are shipped for FREE via USPS.
